Privacy Policy

The personal data you share will be processed in compliance with Law No. 6698 KVKK and related secondary regulations for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the contract and technological necessities, and to improve the products and services offered;
  • To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by legislation in matters related to public security and legal disputes;
  • To offer our members a wide range of opportunities or to share these opportunities with individuals or institutions who can provide them within the legal framework;
  • To analyze advertising preferences.

3. Information About Third Parties or Institutions to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

6. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Personal data processed in Turkey or processed and stored abroad, collected by any of the above methods, may be transferred abroad in accordance with KVKK, provided it is within the scope of the law and for contract purposes, to service providers located abroad (countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board as having sufficient protection of personal data).

Your personal data may be transferred to:

  • Our business partners who cooperate with us for the provision and promotion of products and services,
  • Authorized authorities who will determine your location in the event of an emergency call,
  • Regulatory and supervisory institutions, courts, enforcement offices, and other official institutions authorized to request personal data, other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data,
  • Legal entities in commercial relations with opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com that have your phone number,
  • Whenever deemed necessary.

7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com is obligated, under Article 12 of KVKK, to take software and physical security measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logs, access management to prevent unlawful processing, unauthorized access, and to ensure the preservation of the systems and databases containing your personal data. If it is learned that personal data has been unlawfully obtained by others, this situation will immediately be notified to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with legal regulations.

8. Keeping Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-Date

According to Article 4 of KVKK, opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com is responsible for keeping your personal data accurate and up-to-date. To fulfill its obligations arising from applicable legislation, it is required that our members share accurate and current data or update them via the website/mobile application.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Owner According to Law No. 6698 KVKK

Article 11 of Law No. 6698 KVKK, effective as of October 7, 2016, provides the following rights to the Personal Data Owner after this date:

The Personal Data Owner may apply to opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com (data controller) to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data is used in accordance with this purpose,
  • Know the third parties inside or outside the country to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurately processed personal data,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK,
  • Request notification of corrections, deletions, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against themselves by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Demand compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data.

10. Contact and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located once the legal infrastructure is established.

These fees are determined based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

By sharing your personal data on our website, applications, and other channels, you acknowledge and accept our Personal Data Policy and the conditions regarding processing, processing methods, data transfer, sale, and other related matters in our policy; you consent freely and explicitly—defined under KVKK as a consent based on information and free will—to the use of data shared with the social media application opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com on the website, applications, and social media channels, to receive notifications and recommendations, and to share it commercially with third parties for the benefit of members; and you declare that you will apply to opdrsuleymandenizkahraman.com before exercising your legal rights.
